We want you to love your SHEE pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for an exchange or store credit.


Delivery & Processing Times

Please note that all our items are Made-to-Order, crafted with care just for you. This process requires time before your item can be shipped.

  • Production Time: 7-14 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery (After Shipping):

    • International (USA, UK, etc.): 22-28 business days.

    • Nigeria: 14-22 business days.

    • South Africa: 7-14 business days (with local pickup available).

Please Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the package.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order custom items, including personalized or sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued as store credit. Original shipping costs and any duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We currently offer exchanges for store credit only. To request a different item or size, please return the original item for credit and place a new order on our website.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@sheebytu.com within the 14-day window.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

  4. Pack the item securely with all original tags and include the authorization number inside the package.

  5. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notes

  • We inspect all returns upon arrival. Refunds/credits will be processed only after the item is received and verified.

  • Store credit will be issued via email and does not expire.

  • We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number.

  • Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred on the original shipment are non-refundable.
