Production & Processing Time

All SHEEbyTU items are Made-to-Order. This means we begin crafting your unique piece only after your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality and fit.

  • Order Processing & Crafting: 7-14 business days.

  • Once your item is ready, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched from our studio.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order worldwide. The following are estimated delivery times after your item has shipped. These are not guarantees, as transit times can vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Local Pickup (South Africa Only): You may select Local Pickup at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection at our designated studio location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping fee before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website and apply only to qualifying orders.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost for select destinations. Please contact support@sheebytu.com before ordering if you require express service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

International Orders: Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders (outside of South Africa), the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the local carrier upon delivery. We cannot predict or control these fees, as they vary by country.

  • Please Note: Refused shipments due to unpaid duties will be returned to us, and a refund for the item(s) will be issued only after deducting all original and return shipping costs.

Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@sheebytu.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot reroute the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box and the item, and contact us at support@sheebytu.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace and resolve the issue.
